- default - probably 95% of all experiments use this.
- Presaturation - minimizes large peaks such as residual solvent.
- proton decoupled - increases sensitivity of nuclei other than proton.
- COSY - correlated proton
- NOESY - through space interaction proton
- HSQC - proton carbon correlation
